What activities can I plan for a costume parti?

Hello! I'm turning 13in October and hoped to plan a huge kickass costume themed party. I thought we would rent a small ball room at the Hotel Renassiance. because there were a lot of people to be there. But the question is. Other than the occasional DJ / Dancing, what kind of things I have to do, which makes really fun, and go continuously … as well as several activities may even dance, but also some Halloween things based.

If enough people who know each other well, there you have a good DJ, the party is not more than four hours and you have to eat breakfast the party should go well with a real need for activities. Kareoke is fun but if you want a group to try something.

DJ sound card What should I do?

I am using Virtual DJ 7.0 with a laptop with 1 output. I need a sound card, headset in able to allow me to my link to the sound card to the songs. It must be in a position to be ampliphier with RCA cables, the speakers are connected and it must be in a position, a Microphone connect to connect. So far I have found three options: Numark DJ I / O, Behringer UCA 202 Infrasonic Amon I need the sound card as cheaply as possible and as reliable as possible. Thanks

Hi, Ben, I have to sell a similar setup. I'm using a Sound Blaster X-Fi SB1090 USB interface. I associate the L / R jacks to mini jack to RCA cables going into my amp. (The nice thing is that the XFI also has optical and digital (AC3), so I produce other types of reinforcing connection, but for DJing, add the digital ports to a delay, making it hard to mix.) In the bonus relates, has the XFI many outs, so you can use a port to feed your amp, and another to drive your headphones. It has also a line input and mic input so you can mix and additional sources (such as an iPod or CD player, etc. ..) An XFI runs about $ 60 at Amazon.com. And Splitter cables run about $ 3 each. Can anyone help me with recommendations for DJ CD Player to buy?

I am looking for players Citronic MPCD-S3 players or KAM khd410. I am concerned that the players KAM not as good quality because they have the same features as the pioneer CDJ400, compared with the Citronic what is the cdj200 have. They are both the same price, so I have to recommend someone to help one over the other! Thanks

I've always came for her lighting equipment, instead of their audio devices known. I am not too familiar with Citronic though.

I would like to find a DJ, but I can learn to become one?

The thing is I also want to make money, not only that i want to be known DJ a well, so give some advice on this, where I can go to learn to play music like a pro.

DJ is a very broad term more. The DJ on the radio Weddings, dances, TV, etc. Many start by visiting a school with classes communication. Then work for small radio stations. Some spend a few thousand dollars on recordings and equipment and offer their services either free or cheap, until they are detected.

Is there a DJ / musician / composer, the first music began after he / she is 18 now?

but because I want something to do with music … never afford has the equipment, lessons, or other things that I could, that encourage early … my parents were lazy bums and I grew up on welfare. but I wanted to always produce and compose trance music. so my question is … without the cliché, "It's never too late," Council … is there really anyone else for I have become, even if I'm available from this late?

Two come to Ronnie James Dio, who started at 25, and Mick Mars of Motley Crue spirit. I am sure you can do it too. The only problem in the U.S., is that support for the arts and music is not too high. I guess they would rather I hope to war spending is to solve it all. Good luck.

Where can I get some decent DJ equipment for cheap?

I saw in DJ-ing and I would like to start, but idk where I would like some devices only a few decent fairly cheap stuff just cause in the so yes .. I need idk how the software box and turn tables wahtever otherwise a good DJ needs any info helps

DJing is more expensive, it was always be. If you get hand me downs or used equipment to buy online as from craigslist. Even in the day was now all vinyls a pain. Now you need to get a laptop for music and at least some software & controllers. Cheapest is setup with a laptop and software and a controller. Large Names are Pioneer, Numark, Beringer, Vestax. Go to Guitar Center and you will find some stuff, they got to be the best choice in my opinion.

Google this "intitle: index of" (name of song) mp3 Obviously you type the name of the song without panenthasis. Keep the quotes.

Are there schools of DJ software?

I am capable of finding a dj that university courses, which teach. I have my decision soon and any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you = D

As far as I know, is the only university that offers disc jockey classes Scottsdale Community College in Scottsdale AZ. There is no university, but you could go through their program, while a business degree from ASU.
